How to make short circuit protection circuit

 Hello guys,In this post we learn how to make short circuit protection circuit .

Let start it:-

*Specifications

-it is use as short circuit protection circuit.

-it is use as over voltage charging protection circuit.

-it is use as charger auto cut off circuit.

-we use 0-12v as its inputs & output.

*Parts lists:-

1.Irfz44n Mosfet

2.Tl431 Transistors

3.Preset(10k)

4.Diode(6A10)

5.Push Button

6.Resistor(1k , 1.5k , 15k)

7. Led (5mm 3volt)

*schematics and diagram

-Do all the connection as following the diagram.

-connect Input in power supply and output in your battery.

-set the preset according to your voltage.

*Features:-

-Green light indicate output power is on.

-Red light indicate output power is off.

-there are two switch for manual control on & off.

-when short circuit , over voltage & battery full charge then red light is on.
